Graduated from ENSIIE, he began his career at Axim IS (now Atos Origin) as a consultant on TIBCO Market Data technology. He evolves rapidly towards a role of technical manager for strategic accounts in driving the evolution of TIBCO architecture and infrastructure. By joining TIBCO Finance he participates in the deployment of an order routing and management system for financial derivatives products. He then held various positions such as Architect and Project Manager at Reuters, coordinating architecture and implementation of a platform for financial services (SOA), including connectors to FIX and SWIFT. He left Reuters in 2004 to start FastConnect.

After an engineering degree at CESI, he joined Reuters then TIBCO Finance  as a consultant on EAI and Order Managment solutions of the group. He is involved various projects both in France and abroad, and became responsible for the development of Reuters FIX routing solution  until late 2003.
In 2004, after leaving Reuters, he joined FastConnect as a founding member .

Gratuated from IFSAD, she began her career at Axime IS (now Atos Origin) in 1997 where she manages all administrative trading department whose job is to market exclusively TIBCO products in France and Europe. She becomes thereafter Office Manager of Tibco Finance Technology France. Then she joined Reuters Financial Software as Office Manager of a consulting team of 60 international experts. She left Reuters Financial Software in 2004 in order to take part in the foundation of FastConnect.

Graduated from INSEEC, she began her career at Mercedes-Benz CharterWay as Human Resources assistant. Then she becomes Recruitment Officer at Adecco for 3 years before joining FastConnect as Human Resources Manager.

Graduated from Paris VI (Artificial Intelligence), he began his career as a free-lance trainer in the field of progamming languages (C, C++, Java, ADA, Pascal) for public organisms as CCIVY or univeristies (CNAM, ESTP). He was then part of the consulting team of SQLI where he was in charge of the "Distributed Architectures" and "Java Programming" courses and also performed consulting actions on these topics. In 2001, he joined Canal+ Technologie (now NDS France) to build the training offer and then to develop a new generation set-top box. He has been working for FastConnect since 2006 first as a senior consultant then as the manager of the Education Services he put in place.
